Mina Kim

Mina Kim has held various legal positions since 1999. Mina began their career at Davis Polk & Wardwell as an Associate. In 2005, they moved to Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as an Assistant General Counsel. In 2007, they became the Vice President of Legal at BBAM LLC. In 2014, they joined Sunrun as General Counsel. In 2018, they were appointed SVP, Corporate Strategy & General Counsel at Atara Biotherapeutics. In 2020, they became Chief Legal Officer & Head of Corporate Development at Zymergen, Inc. and in 2022 they were appointed Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at ACELYRIN, INC.

Mina Kim attended Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.
