Roxanne Phipps

Roxanne Phipps currently serves as the Safety and Training Coordinator at ACEMCO Incorporated since July 2023. Prior to this role, Roxanne held multiple positions at Challenge Mfg. Company from September 2014 to July 2023, including Tool Crib Manager, Safety Coordinator, and Interim 1st Shift Production Supervisor. Roxanne's career began at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included operating Hi-Lo for various shipping and receiving docks, as well as supporting assembly lines from October 2010 to May 2014. Roxanne Phipps holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Forensic Science from American InterContinental University (2015 - 2019) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health at Grand Rapids Community College, expected to complete in August 2024.
