Michael Garcia is a seasoned professional in the fields of behavioral health and business management. Currently serving as a Supervising Prevention Consultant at Acenda Integrated Health since September 2023, Michael has extensive experience working as a Treatment Coordinator at The Council on Compulsive Gambling of New Jersey and as a Primary Therapist at both Helping Hand Behavioral Health and Kingsway Recovery LLC. Additionally, Michael founded Step by Step Staffing LLC and held the position of CEO while also working as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Maryville, Inc. Michael's background includes roles as a Financial Counselor at Primerica, a career advancement specialist at Brightwood Career Institute, and a Business Consultant at RK Auto Group. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from Western Governors University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Addictions Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from DeSales University.
