Rachel Figueroa currently serves as an Early Childhood Specialist at Acenda Integrated Health, where Rachel acts as a liaison with the local DCP&P office and participates in outreach events to promote the Connecting NJ Program. Prior experience includes teaching English as a Second Language at Bridgeton Public Schools, where Rachel consistently earned proficient and distinguished observation scores, and serving as a Preschool Teacher at both Bridgeton Public Schools and Miss Inez Children's House, focusing on collaborative lesson planning and community engagement. Rachel's early career also includes roles in retail management and sales, where skills in customer service, marketing, and team training were developed. Rachel Figueroa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Rowan University and an Associate of Arts in Elementary/Secondary Education from Cumberland County College.
