Melissa Leigh

Melissa Leigh is an accomplished legal and compliance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the health and community development sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Acentra Health since January 2019, Melissa previously held the same title at Kepro, Inc. until June 2023. Notable prior positions include Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Intermedix and General Counsel at ESi Acquisition, Inc. Melissa's career began as Community Development Coordinator at the Norwalk (CT) Redevelopment Agency and includes key roles at South Western Regional Planning Agency and Save the Children. Academically, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University, a Master of Urban/Regional Planning from New York University, and a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where a certificate in Environmental Law was also earned.
