Cindy Dale

Cindy Dale has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Team Lead at Acera Insurance since April 2013, where Cindy has successfully created a provincial Client Assist Team in Alberta focused on enhancing monoline accounts through efficient workflows and task management. Previously, Cindy held the position of Sales Team Lead, where coaching and mentoring of the New Business Team in personal lines sales was a primary responsibility. Before joining Acera Insurance, Cindy was the Personal Lines Development Coordinator at BrokerLink from September 2007 to April 2013 and worked as an Insurance Advisor at Farmers Insurance for a brief period in 2007. Cindy's educational background includes studies at Arizona State University and Phoenix College.
