Patricia Boratto

Patricia Boratto, CAIB, currently serves as Team Leader of Personal Insurance at Acera Insurance in Burnaby since June 2023 and is a co-owner of the company. With a comprehensive background in the insurance industry, Patricia held the position of Personal Lines Team Lead at CapriCMW from June 2020 to January 2024, and previously worked as a General Insurance Agent at The InsureBC Group from October 2016 to June 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Intact and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where Patricia advanced from a Personal Lines Policy Services Assistant to a Personal Lines Underwriter II. Earlier in their career, Patricia owned and operated A Tiny Seed Child Care from April 2008 until its closure in August 2016. Educational credentials include a Level 2 License in General Insurance through IBABC and ongoing studies at Vancouver Community College and Langara College.
