Scot Speiser

Scot Speiser serves as the Regional President for Acera Insurance in BC & Yukon since March 2025, following a decade at CapriCMW Insurance as Vice President of Business Development. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President for BDC, managing operations in BC North Interior & Yukon, and previous positions such as Area Manager in Northern Alberta and Business Center Manager, where responsibilities included talent engagement, client relationship management, and strategic business development. Earlier career experience includes procurement at Federated Cooperatives Ltd. and account management at RBC. Scot Speiser holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan.
