Shilpa Ranjan

Shilpa Ranjan, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Acera Insurance, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Shilpa held the role of Vice President Finance at SP Data Digital and served as Senior Director Finance at LifeWorks, where strategic leadership and financial oversight were key responsibilities. Shilpa's experience at Aon includes roles as Finance Director and Senior Finance Manager, focusing on business planning and performance measurement. Earlier financial planning roles were held at Bank of Montreal and participated in the Accelerated Career Track Program at Manulife. Shilpa began her career as a Senior Officer at Indian Oil Corp Limited, contributing to business case development and strategic procurement negotiations. Shilpa holds a CPA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, and a BTech in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
