Evelyn Mancilla, MHRM

Evelyn Mancilla, MHRM has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Evelyn is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Acero Schools since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois from June 2021 to January 2022 and also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from July 2019 to June 2021. Before that, Evelyn worked as an HR Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist at MAC Property Management from August 2017 to July 2019. Evelyn also served as a Quality Training Specialist at McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership from January 2016 to August 2017 and as a Project Manager at Institute for Workforce Education - St. Augustine College from January 2015 to January 2016. Additionally, Evelyn gained experience as an Assistant Director in the International Office at North Park University from June 2013 to January 2015. Evelyn started their career as a Childcare Resource Facilitator at Illinois Action for Children from November 2009 to July 2012 and also worked as a Family Resource Specialist from November 2007 to November 2009.

Evelyn Mancilla, MHRM, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, which they obtained from North Park University in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they earned another Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from North Park University in 2010-2013. In 2012, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Jönköping University, focusing on Marketing. Evelyn'sundergraduate studies were completed at Northeastern Illinois University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Spanish in 2004-2007.
