Hilde Engels

Hilde Engels has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Business Manager for Acerta HR Flex and Acerta Talent Mobility since 1997. In these roles, Hilde oversees the matching of freelance HR professionals to projects and manages business development for talent assessment and development initiatives. Previous experience includes a long-term assignment as an HR consultant at JSR Micro NV, and a position as HR Business Partner and Assistant to the CEO at the European Aviation Training Center, where Hilde established the HR department and developed various HR procedures. Educational achievements include a Master Class in HR Management from Antwerp Management School and ongoing studies in Appreciative Inquiry. Additionally, Hilde has completed various leadership and coaching programs.
