Kim Lauwers is an experienced Agile Java Developer, Scrum Master, and People Manager currently working at Acerta, the largest HR service provider in Belgium, since June 2023. Lauwers has owned Quality Coders bv since July 2016 and served on the Program Committee for The Java Community - Devoxx since January 2015. Additional roles include Docent at Vlaamse Trainersschool, Steering Member at BeJUG, AWS DevOps Engineer and Team Lead at Informatie Vlaanderen, and Solutions Architect at Toyota Motor Europe. Lauwers has contributed as a Scrum Master and Developer Coach at Kunlabora and KU Leuven, respectively.
