Koenraad Lanoye

Koenraad Lanoye has extensive experience in business architecture and program management within Acerta since April 2003. As the Business Architect for Payroll Services, responsibilities include mapping change trajectories and facilitating priority settings at the portfolio level using the SAFe methodology. In the role of Program Manager, Koenraad led significant projects including the replacement of the payroll engine and the renewal of frontend tools, overseeing teams of up to 140 members. Progressed from a business project manager to an ICT project manager, handling diverse topics such as reengineering and legislative changes, with team sizes ranging from 5 to 60. Prior to Acerta, Koenraad served as a Jurist at the Vlaams Parlement from September 2001 to March 2003. Koenraad holds a Licentiaat/Master in Law from KU Leuven, earned between 1996 and 2001.
