Michaël Zahlen

Michaël Zahlen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor law and legal consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Consultant at Acerta since January 2016, Michaël provides guidance on labor law, social security, and GDPR compliance, conducting audits and drafting essential legal documents. Previously, as HR Legal Counsel at Fluxys from February 2012 to July 2015, Michaël was responsible for monitoring social law developments and their implementation. Michaël's career began as a Legal Advisory Officer at HDP from June 2006 to February 2012, focusing on labor law and business development within the Legal Solutions team. Additionally, Michaël practiced as a lawyer at the Brussels and Mons Bar from January 2003 to January 2006. Michaël holds a Master’s degree in Law from Université catholique de Louvain, completed in 2002, and attended Collège Cardinal Mercier from 1990 to 1996.
