Sofie Michiels

Sofie Michiels has a diverse work experience in product management and consulting roles. Sofie started their career at SD Worx Belgium as a Management Trainee and then worked as an HR consultant. Later, they became a Product & Marketing Manager for SaaS products before transitioning to Belgacom as a Product Manager for BeCloud. In this role, they focused on managing software-as-a-service solutions. Currently, they are working at Acerta as the Head of Product Payroll Services, responsible for the product portfolio and ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategies. Sofie'sresponsibilities include market analysis, customer feedback, financial business cases, scope management, and go-to-market planning.

Sofie Michiels obtained a Master's degree in Handelswetenschappen from EHSAL, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. During the same period, Sofie also pursued a Master's degree in Commercial Science from Belgium Jobs, specializing in commercial science.
