Meghan Maxwell, aPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Meghan currently holds the position of Project Manager at Acertitude, where they are responsible for managing deliverables, team communication, and meeting scheduling. Prior to this, Meghan worked as a Project Coordinator at Acertitude, where they assisted in client and candidate communications, travel coordination, expense reporting, assessments, and surveys.

Before joining Acertitude, Meghan served as a Training Administrator at John Deere, where they managed the training program scheduling process for authorized resellers. Meghan handled room and calendar management, supply and catering orders, as well as travel coordination.

Meghan also gained experience as an Event Project Manager at Tribeca Rooftop + Tribeca 360°, overseeing the Accounts Receivable division and managing a sales team. Additionally, they worked as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Occasion Brands and as a Sales Assistant/Jr. Account Executive at a privately owned jewelry company.

Earlier in their career, Meghan started as a Front End Coordinator and participated in the MIT Program at Wegmans Food Markets.

Meghan Maxwell received their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion and Textile Technology, with a specialization in Fashion Merchandising, from Buffalo State University. Meghan completed their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Meghan also obtained the certification in Event & Wedding Design from the Event Leadership Institute in January 2017. Most recently, they achieved the designation of Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HRCI in September 2020.
