Jamie Koepke

As ACERTUS’ Vice President of People and Culture, Jamie is responsible for driving initiatives to enhance the partner experience and to develop and retain a high-performing and diverse workforce to maximize individual and organizational potential. Jamie brings 14 years of human resources experience to this position.

In her previous role as People Services Business Partner, Jamie led initiatives in support of ACERTUS partner experience. Through her focused leadership and breadth of knowledge in the people space, Jamie is well positioned to elevate the people function at ACERTUS by building and aligning the People & Culture department to ACERTUS’ strategic vision.

Jamie holds both a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from Maryville University.
