Cris Domingo

Cris Domingo has been Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Productboard since June 2021. Prior to that, they were Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Sumo Logic from January 2016 to June 2021, where they oversaw global Talent Acquisition for Sumo Logic covering North America, APAC, and EMEA operations. Domingo successfully scaled Sumo Logic from ~200 to over 850 employees and led all talent strategy and growth from Pre-IPO through to a successful IPO in September 2020. Cris also built Engineering, GTM, and University Recruiting teams, and led employer branding initiatives across social media and industry events. In addition, Domingo was responsible for the strategy and build of Sumo’s Fresh-Grad and Intern programs, taking the program from 6-8 Interns per year, to 40+ Interns in the Summer and Fall, creating a feeder program for Fresh Grad hiring across Engineering and Sales. Cris currently manages a global team of 15.
