Frank Horton

Frank Horton is the President and Owner of Advanced Consulting & Engineering Services (ACES), where frank consults on Automotive Business, evaluates new technologies, and prepares business plans. Prior to ACES, Frank served as the Executive Vice President Engineering at Cosma International Group of Magna International, overseeing global engineering, prototype facilities, and R&D. Frank holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelors in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
