Dale Hicks

Dale Hicks has over 30 years of work experience, starting as an Area Supervisor and Programmer at MSI Data in 1983. Dale then worked as a Manager at Fujitsu from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they were the Director of Application Development at Reviewco from 1997 to 2001, overseeing the development and support of IT systems. From 2001 to 2007, they served as the Director of Application Development at Health Net, where they applied technology solutions to business processes and managed the implementation of a replacement for the medical bill review system. At First Health, Dale was an Application Development Manager from 2007 to 2009, managing the development and support of workers compensation medical bill review systems. Dale then became the Manager of Application Development at Coventry Health Care from 2009 to 2013, directing the development and support of the workers compensation medical bill review system. At Aetna, they were the Manager of Application Development from 2013 to 2015, focusing on performance monitoring and implementing real-time transaction monitoring tools. Most recently, Dale has worked at Hoag Hospital as an IT Consultant from 2016 to 2017, gathering business requirements and completing solution requirement documents. Dale is currently the Director of Product Development at AcesoCloud Inc. since 2017, responsible for solution development, delivery, and sales support for various applications.

Dale Hicks attended the University of Phoenix from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Information Systems.
