Shaik Yousuf has a diverse work experience in recruitment and team leadership. Shaik started their career at AR Systems Inc. as a Technial Recruiter, where they handled various types of recruitment and negotiating roles. Shaik then worked at Avance Consulting as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they performed end-to-end recruitment and used various job boards and networking sites to source candidates. Yousuf later joined Randstad Offshore Services as a Senior Technical Recruiter, serving financial and tech clients in Canada and also assumed the role of Team Lead Recruitment, leading a team of recruiters and coordinating with hiring managers. In their most recent role at Kastech Software Solutions Group, they worked as a Recruitment Lead - Delivery & Operations, overseeing recruitment processes in the USA, Canada, and LATAM markets, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Yousuf is currently working as a Recruitment Lead at Acetech Group Corporation.
