Cesare Mazzetti serves as the President of Acetum SPA, a role held since 1991. Mazzetti's extensive experience includes leadership positions at MAZZETTI D ALTAVILLA - S.R.L. as CEO and President from 1986 to 2015, and serving as President of the Istituto Nazionale Grappa from 2006 to 2012. Mazzetti has been Vice President of the Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena and currently holds the position of Vice President at Fondazione Qualivita since 2013.
