Dr. Andriana Eliadis

Dr. Andriana Eliadis is an accomplished Executive Coaching Consultant at Cornell University since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing and designing executive coaching corporate programs focused on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In addition to serving as a professor of Management, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior at several institutions, Dr. Eliadis holds multiple leadership roles, including VP of Corporate Coaching Programs at Executive Communication USA Inc. and Executive Director at Arootah. Extensive educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, a PhD in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, and an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
