Joshua Staub MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CLT has been in the nutrition and dietetics field since 2008. Joshua Staub began their career as a Sales Associate at General Nutrition Center, where they were promoted to Store Manager in 2010. In 2012, they completed a Dietetic Internship at Bradley University. From 2013-2015, they worked as a Clinical Dietitian at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, and also served as a Product Formulation/Clinical Support Representative and Director of Clinical Services & Research at Aceva. In 2014, they also worked as a Registered Dietitian at TITLE Boxing Club.

Joshua Staub MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CLT obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics/Dietitian from Bradley University in 2012. Joshua Staub then completed a Dietetic Internship Certificate from Bradley University in 2013. In 2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Integrative Nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences.
