Beatrice Lönnqvist Rodeblad

Beatrice Lönnqvist Rodeblad is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in managing and developing people-focused functions across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aceve since September 2022, Beatrice previously held the position of Head of People at Airmee, a last-mile delivery scale-up based in Stockholm, where strategic development of the workforce was a key focus. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at AUTO1 Group, where Beatrice advanced from HR Manager in Sweden to Head of HR for the Nordics, playing an instrumental role in scaling operations from 3 to 250 employees in the region, and contributing to the company’s transformation into a public entity. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, specializing in both recruitment and business sales. Beatrice holds a bachelor’s degree in Work-life Psychology and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as additional graduate-level education in Work-life Studies from Mälardalen University.
