Byron Copley

Byron Copley has a wealth of experience in content writing, customer service sales, marketing, communications, and video production. Byron began their career in 1984 as a Senior Writer/Producer at Visual Services, Inc. where they wrote proposals, executive speeches, and video treatments. Byron also supervised video programs from initial creative through duplication and fulfillment. In 1995, they became self-employed as a video producer, writer, and director, working with clients such as Ford, Buick, Chevrolet, OnStar, ESPN, and GM Southeast Regional Office. In 1998, they were a Senior Writer at Iron Horse Communications. From 1999 to 2001, they were a Sr. Project Manager at TRIO Communications, managing video productions and live meetings from initial concept to final billing. During this time, they also worked as a freelance producer. From 2001 to 2010, they were self-employed as a communicator and collaborator, producing and editing videos, writing instructor-led training, and creating online training modules. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Customer Service Sales Representative and Marketing Manager at Premier Safety. Here, they were on the phone a lot, answering inbound calls, processing and following up on quotations, and conducting extensive outreach via phone calls to new, potential customers. Byron also developed a profit-generating marketing organization from scratch. Since 2019, they have been a Content Writer at The START Group, where they collaborate with a group of people focused on helping their clients define and promote their brands to the world. Currently, they are a Content Writer at Aceyus.
