Erik Alderton

Erik Alderton has been in the technology industry since 1997. Erik began their career at Sentinel Technologies as a Shipping and Receiving Lead, where they directed a staff of two to six Shipping and Receiving Administrators. In 2005, they moved to UBS as a Procurement Management Analyst, where they worked with desktop support, investment banking, and IT infrastructure departments for system configurations and setups. In 2006, Erik joined Hewitt as a Setup Configuration Analyst, where they worked within a clustered team environment and utilized DB2, SQL, ATCI and SAS technologies for queries and data manipulation and extraction. Also in 2006, they began working at Market Day as a Developer. Finally, in 2009, Erik joined Aceyus as the Director of Development and Product Development Manager, where they worked on Contact Center software development and UI design using Rider, Visual Code, Visual Studio 2019 and 2022 (.NET 4.5 - 4.0).

Erik Alderton attended DeVry from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
