Joe Sweeney has over 20 years of work experience. Joe began their career in 1999 at Clarke American as a Contact Center Systems Administrator. In 2000, they joined Sykes as a Sr. Contact Center System Administrator and Wachovia as a Sr. Voice Applications Engineer, Asst. V.P. In 2007, they joined Aceyus as a Sales Engineer and later as a Sr. Contact Center Engineer.
Joe Sweeney obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business. In December 2020, they also earned their AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
