Danish Shaikh is currently a PhD Scholar at K J Somaiya Institute of Management focusing on Human Resources Management. Prior to their current position, Danish has held various leadership roles in HR at companies such as ACG World, 6 Degrees Diversity Counsel, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, and Travel Food Services Pvt Ltd. Danish's experience includes spearheading initiatives in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement. Danish's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a B.Sc. in Physics with Honors in Chemistry from St. Xavier's College.
