Nilesh Jadhav

Nilesh Jadhav currently serves as Group Lead for Global Performance Management, R&R, Policies and Processes at ACG World since April 2019, managing international talent acquisition across five continents and facilitating onboarding for associates in India. Prior experience includes an internship at ACG Worldwide where responsibilities involved cloud-based performance management and talent acquisition analysis, along with HR internships at Virbac and Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited focusing on HR processes. Nilesh began a career as a Business Analyst and Senior Project Executive at HRMantra Software Pvt. Ltd, overseeing HRMS product implementation. Nilesh holds a Master's degree in Labour Studies with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from LNML MILS and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
