Payoni Dhaker

Payoni Dhaker is currently the Head of International HR at ACG Capsules, where Payoni oversees HR & Admin Operations for overseas locations. Prior to this role, Payoni held positions as a Senior Manager HR COE and Assistant Manager HR at ACG Capsules, focusing on talent management, performance management, and HR activities for international projects. Payoni started their career as a Management Trainee at ACG Capsules through the ASPIRE program. Payoni also has experience as a Summer Intern at ING Vysya Bank and as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys. Payoni holds an MBA in HR from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
