Pranali Sawant

Pranali Sawant is an experienced Company Secretary with a diverse background in secretarial, compliance, and legal matters across multiple industries. Currently serving at ACG Worldwide since July 2019, Pranali oversees various aspects of company secretarial duties. Previous roles include leading the Secretarial and Legal department at Cable Corporation of India, where responsibilities encompassed handling high-profile legal cases and investor relations. Prior to that, at Shachihata (India) Private Limited, Pranali managed litigation, compliance under the Companies Act, and foreign investment matters. Experience also includes significant contributions at Kama-Schachter Jewelry Pvt.
