Norman Otsuka

Norman Y. Otsuka, MD is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who attended medical school at McMaster University, completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Toronto, and completed a fellowship at the Boston Children's Hospital. He has held faculty appointments at the University of California, San Francisco; University of California, Los Angeles; New York University; and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Otsuka has served on the Boards of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons; United States Bone and Joint Initiative; and Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.
