Nicole Pompilio is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HRIS and payroll administration. Currently serving as the HRIS Payroll Administrator at ACH Food Companies, Inc. since June 2017, Pompilio has previously held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Firefly Legal, Inc. and Human Resources Generalist at Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc. and Firefly Legal, Inc. Pompilio began the career at Eastern Illinois University as a Human Resources Intern and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
