Hugo Ruelas is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Pipe Superintendent at Achen-Gardner Construction, LLC since March 2022. Prior to this role, Hugo owned Hugo’s Concrete from May 2021 to June 2022, and has a longstanding tenure at Achen-Gardner Construction, where Hugo worked as Concrete Superintendent from 2004 to May 2021.
