Caroline Gilson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at ACHIEVA since July 2017, Caroline previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at the same organization since May 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Account Executive at PLS Logistics Services from January 2012 to July 2017 and Account Specialist at Louis F. Leeper Company from December 2012 to March 2015, where also served as a Human Resources Assistant. Caroline's career began as a Sales Associate at Bed Bath and Beyond from May 2007 to August 2011. Caroline holds a Master's Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Penn State University.
