Leighann Naton has extensive experience in working with individuals with disabilities in various capacities. Currently employed at ACHIEVA as a Community Homes Specialist, Leighann manages staff, ensures compliance with regulations, and develops support plans for individuals. Prior to this role, Leighann worked as a Behavior Specialist Consultant at Southwestern Human Services and as a Special Education Teacher at Woodland Hills School District. Leighann also gained experience as a student worker at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh. Leighann holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Mental and Physical Disability Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
