Angela Johnston

Angela Johnston has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Angela is currently working at Achieve Australia as the Chief People Officer, overseeing the company's people operations. Prior to this, Angela held the position of General Manager People Operations at Achieve Australia. Before joining Achieve Australia, Angela worked at Ability Options as the General Manager People & Culture, where they were responsible for a wide range of HR functions. Angela also served as the Executive Manager People & Culture at CatholicCare Sydney and as the Manager People Services at MercyCare, where they led various HR initiatives and managed teams. Angela gained experience in enforcing workplace regulations as a Campaign Manager and Fair Work Inspector at The Fair Work Ombudsman.

Angela Johnston received their high school diploma from Sacred Heart College in 1998. Angela then went on to attend The University of Notre Dame Australia, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from 1999 to 2002. Later, in 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Employment Law at Curtin University.
