Mark Staum is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in child and adolescent therapy. Currently serving as a Utilization Review Coordinator and Staff Clinician at Achieve Behavioral Health since March 2020, Mark also runs Mark Staum Counseling Services, specializing in helping children overcome fears and develop emotional intelligence. Previous roles include working as a School Based Clinician at Comprehensive Behavioral Network and a Staff Therapist at various organizations, including Center for Anxiety, CMADC, and Jewish Family Service. Mark has also contributed as the Assistant Director of Social Services at Care One, Inc., and as a Clinical Social Worker at The Frisch School, where responsibilities included counseling and program development. Mark holds a Master of Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yeshiva University.
