Jade Brown, MBA has extensive work experience as a Transactional Advisor and Business Development Consultant in the field of life sciences. Jade has worked with various companies in the pharmaceutical industry, including Bluejay Therapeutics, Jade Brown Life Sciences Transactional Advisor, Seal Rock Therapeutics, Sirnaomics, Achieve Life Sciences, Aptevo Therapeutics Inc, Inhalon Biopharma, Parallel Bio, Modulus Therapeutics, and Manifold Bio. In their role, Jade has been involved in leading business development and licensing transactions, with a focus on areas such as immuno-oncology, autoimmune/inflammatory diseases, fibrosis, CNS, and infectious diseases. Jade has a strong track record in out-licensing, co-development, program divestitures, and technology collaborations, and has been instrumental in enabling access to key pharmaceutical leaders/decision makers for deal-making purposes.
