Lauren Tough

Lauren Tough has over 18 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Most recently, they worked at Achieve together as the Head of Recruitment, where they were responsible for overseeing a recruitment team's performance and ensuring the delivery of volume permanent and bank requirements. Prior to that, they worked at Randstad UK as a Recruitment Delivery Manager for Specialist Services. Lauren also has experience as a Recruitment Manager at Capita and held various roles at Pinnacle People, including Regional Director and Service Delivery Manager. Lauren's career in recruitment started at Kelly, where they worked as a Business Manager and Staffing Consultant. Lauren also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Brook Street Bureau PLC.
