Paula Wrigglesworth is an experienced Organisational Design and HR Project Manager currently with Achieve Together since April 2024, where responsibilities include managing multiple structural changes and supporting the Employee Relations delivery team. Prior to this role, Wrigglesworth worked as HR Projects Manager at Haulfryn Group Limited from March 2021 to April 2023, overseeing the launch of a new payroll system, policy implementation, and providing HR generalist support. Wrigglesworth's earlier experience includes serving as Organisational Development Manager at Tesco PLC from December 1996 to April 2019, focusing on organisational design for retail management and head office functions, collaborating with senior leadership and various departments. Wrigglesworth holds a 2:1 degree in Environmental Science from Bradford University.
