Richard Wilcox

Richard Wilcox has over two decades of experience in information technology and systems management. Currently serving as the Head of IT at Achieve Together since March 2019, Richard is responsible for overseeing IT operations and strategy. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Systems Implementation Manager at Care Management Group from September 2008 to March 2019, where project planning and stakeholder management for software developments were key responsibilities. Earlier in Richard's career, from February 2002 to September 2008, Richard held the position of Group Payroll & Pensions Manager at Priory Group, focusing on payroll and pension processes.
