Tania Palmer

Tania Palmer has a diverse and extensive background in the healthcare industry. Tania began their career as a Home Manager at Abberleigh Care in 2001 and held this position until 2006. After that, they worked as a Regional Manager at Homes Caring for Autism for over 11 years, from 2006 to 2018. In 2019, Tania assumed the role of Area Director at both CMG and Regard, followed by a position of Area Director at Achiev Together. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Quality for Wales and West at Achiev Together.

Tania Palmer has obtained a Post Graduate degree in Strategic Management and Leadership from Hartshill High, Nuneaton.
