Achieve Twin Cities
Jennifer McGee has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector. Jennifer most recently worked at Achieve Twin Cities as the Vice President of Advancement, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Advancement at the same organization from May 2017 to June 2023.
Before joining Achieve Twin Cities, Jennifer worked at Summit Academy OIC as the Chief Development Officer from February 2016 to February 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Donor Engagement Director at the National MS Society, Upper Midwest Chapter from January 2013 to February 2016.
Jennifer also has experience at MATTER® as the Director of Development from January 2011 to January 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Regions Hospital Foundation in various roles, including Major Gifts Officer from November 2009 to January 2011, Senior Annual Giving Officer from November 2007 to November 2009, and Special Events Officer from February 2006 to November 2007.
Jennifer McGee attended Minnesota State University Moorhead from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Work and Criminal Justice.

We direct career and college readiness services in 28 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public high schools, connect students with paid internships through Step Up and Achieve College Internships, host EDTalks and other public education events, and serve as the nonprofit foundation for Minneapolis Public Schools.
