Shirish Joshi

Shirish Joshi has over two decades of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on sales and channel management. Shirish is currently a Senior Consultant at Achieve Unite, and was previously the Director of APAC Channel Sales at Poly. In this role, they were responsible for driving the APAC Channel Strategy and Execution, as well as expanding the Go-To-Market leverage through partners and RTM alignment across Enterprise & Commercial segments.

Shirish has a proven track record of success in sales and channel management, and has played a key role in the implementation of the Polycom global partner program in APAC markets. Shirish is a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans, and has a proven track record of success in building and developing high-performing teams.

Shirish Joshi has a Master of Human Capital Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing Management from University of Mumbai. Shirish also has a BE in Electrical from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, Shivaji University. Shirish's certifications include one from INSEAD in BDPE May 2020 - Completion and one from LinkedIn in Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms.
