Karl Saxton

Karl Saxton is an experienced training and development professional with a diverse background in leadership training and facilitation. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Trainer at Achieve since February 2020, Karl also held the position of Leadership Development Trainer at Freedom Financial Network from February 2020 to September 2022. Previous roles include Training Specialist III at Desert Financial Credit Union, Learning Professional at PSCU, and Learning Consultant at Arizona State Credit Union, among others. With a strong track record in designing and delivering training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and collaborating with instructional design teams, Karl has successfully supported learning initiatives across various financial institutions over a career spanning more than two decades. Educational background includes studies in Anthropology and Business Management at Vanguard University of Southern California and Bethany College of the Assemblies of God.
