Rafael Malfavon

Rafael Malfavon, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently, Rafael serves as the Co-Owner of 4th Street Barberroom, LLC, a top-performing barbershop in the Phoenix West Valley area since December 2019. Rafael also works as an Account Executive and Financial Debt Consultant at Achieve since April 2016. Prior roles include Assistant Operations Manager and Social Media Manager at American Valet, Career Counselor at Grand Canyon University, and Sr. Enrollment Admissions Representative and Finance Counselor at the University of Phoenix. Rafael began his career as a Staff Accountant I at DRI Companies. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Management from Western International University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Westwood College-Anaheim.
