Gail Smith

Gail Smith has extensive experience in business development and relationship management, primarily at AchieveForum since 2005, where the focus has been on transforming leaders and employees to achieve business results. As a Senior Client Director, Gail specialized in transformational leadership development, sales leadership, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Gail served as a Client Director at Luminant from 1999 to 2002, and previously held positions such as Director of Interactive Learning Systems and Director of Learning Systems at Luminant Worldwide. Gail holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, earned between 1972 and 1976.
