Jonathan Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jonathan started their career as a Consulting Intern at 4th Strand, LLC, where they worked on building client brands through product development and merchandising. Jonathan then moved on to Intertek - Product Assurance Consulting, where they held various roles including Associate and Retail Consulting Sales and Strategy. During this time, they developed growth strategies, implemented forecasting tools, and delivered customer-centric presentations. Jonathan later joined AchieveIt as a Senior Consultant, where they advised customer executives, managed customer engagement, and delivered workshops and trainings. Jonathan was promoted to Director of Sales Ops, responsible for identifying new processes and technologies to increase sales team efficiency. More recently, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing Ops and Head of Marketing, overseeing the transformation of plans into actionable initiatives at AchieveIt. Jonathan also served as an Advisor at Sonar and was a Member at Wizards of Ops. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy execution, change management, and sales operations.
Jonathan Morgan has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Jonathan also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in December 2020, SalesLoft Admin Certification from SalesLoft in July 2020, and Foundations of Business Strategy from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in March 2017.
